EasyProcure is an end-to-end automation of the Nigerian Procurement process. It allows procuring organizations to prepare, publish and execute their annual procurement plans. It saves them millions from print media advertisment costs. It enables a prospective contractor to setup a profile and upload all relevant prerequisite documents such as; Certificate of incorporation, Tax clearance Certificate, Pencom compliance certificate etc.
Bids are then submitted online as per advert and the procuring organization reviews and determines which is most responsive. Evaluators have a message board where issues are discussed without having to be put up in expensive accomodation. Bid clarifications are also done via message boards for contractors to promote transparency.
